When you subscribe, Accr8 stores your email address, the signup time, the website version you used and a record of your agreement to receive product updates.

Product updates

We use your email to share Accr8 product news. Signing up adds you to our updates list. You will not receive an email immediately.

Storage and access

Subscriptions are stored in Accr8’s Cloudflare database. We use Resend to deliver an internal email with your signup details to our team. Resend processes the email content and delivery records to provide this service. Access to these records and messages is limited to authorized team members.

Removing your email

You can ask to leave the list or have your details removed by emailing [email protected]. We keep your subscription until you ask us to remove it or we stop maintaining the updates list.

Website preferences

A first-party cookie remembers which website design you see for 30 days. It contains only a design name. The website does not install an analytics tracker.

Preventing spam

Cloudflare processes network information to serve the website. The signup form also uses an hourly hashed request identifier to limit repeated submissions. These rate-limit records expire after the hour and are cleared when later signup requests arrive.
